I decided to include this video because it highlights some pretty cool things about me as a teacher that are unique; my ability to take on huge projects with children and create a fantastic classroom environment (though I've learned to make things less busy with older primary students). It also highlights my belief that language is important and so is motivating students to become confident and independent learners. I've gotten better at building readers and writers over the years after training and experience using Reading & Writing Workshops, so have a lot to add to this video, but can explain over an interview if presented the chance.
